Terms of Use
By using Mishwar you agree to the terms below governing your relationship with the platform and with other users.
This is an initial version for operations and testing; legal review is recommended before public launch.
1. Nature of the platform
Mishwar is a technical intermediary connecting car owners with renters; it is not a party to the rental contract itself. The platform provides verification, booking confirmation, and dispute resolution to protect both sides.
2. Verification (KYC)
Every user must upload valid documents (ID/passport, licence, and for renters a verification video). Falsified data leads to immediate suspension.
3. Booking & confirmation
A booking goes through owner approval then Mishwar staff confirmation before payment. It is confirmed only once payment completes.
4. Fees & deposit
A service fee is added to the renter on the rental amount, and a refundable deposit is held and returned after the car is returned in condition. A commission is deducted from the owner at settlement.
5. Renter responsibilities
Use the car responsibly, respect pickup/return times, and bear any violations or damage during the rental.
6. Owner responsibilities
Provide a car matching the description and fit for use, with valid papers, licence, and insurance.
7. Disputes
In any dispute, Mishwar relies on before/after photo evidence and the transaction log to resolve fairly and quickly.
8. Account suspension
The platform may suspend any account that breaches these terms or misuses the service.
